Many Country Music Legends Have A Spot In The Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame

As proof of country music’s influence and popularity, several country artists are members of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. The Rock Hall couldn’t ignore the impact these singers had (or have) on the entire music industry.

We recently learned who will be inducted into the Rock Hall in 2024. The late Jimmy Buffett is among those being honored. While he wasn’t a country artist by definition, he was a dear friend of the community.

Buffett’s upcoming induction into the Rock Hall did inspire us to list the country artists who are already members. For the record, this list only features country singers who are members of the Rock Hall.

But it’s worth noting that country musicians such as Floyd Cramer, Johnny Gimble, and James Burton are members of the Hall as well. Sun Records founder Sam Phillips also has a spot in the Hall.

Additionally, this list will feature cross-genre performers in the Rock Hall who also made an impact in country music. Plus, every artist in this list is also a member of the Country Music Hall of Fame!
