On Happy’s Place, Elizabeth will play the daughter of Reba’s character, Bobbie. Elizabeth’s character is named Gracie, who’s described as “no-nonsense, and somewhat tough” like her mother.
A full description of Gracie’s character reads:
“Gracie is in the military and has been deployed overseas. She has just gone on leave and is returning home to Knoxville to surprise her mother, only to be surprised herself to discover that she now has an aunt that she never knew she had.”
As Gracie’s description details, the premise of Happy’s Place is that Bobbie discovers she has a half-sister following the death of their father, Happy. Bobbie and her much younger sister, Isabella (played by Belissa Escobedo), also become new business partners as they take over running their dad’s tavern.
Happy’s Place Debuts On October 18 On NBC
In addition to Reba and Belissa, Happy’s Place will also star Reba’s former Reba sitcom co-star, Melissa Peterman, as a bartender named Gabby. Reba’s real-life boyfriend, Rex Linn, will play a line cook named Emmett.
Other cast members include Yellowstone and 1883 star Tokala Black Elk and Alaska Daily star Pablo Castelblanco.

It was recently announced that another Reba alum, Steve Howey, will appear in the Happy’s Place Christmas special. Steve previously played Reba’s son-in-law, Van, on the Reba sitcom.
As for Elizabeth, her character, Gracie, is set to make her first appearance midway through the show’s first season. Happy’s Place debuts on October 18 on NBC, so tune in every week after that to see Elizabeth as Reba’s daughter!
