The country music world lost the legendary Patsy Cline on March 5, 1963, when she tragically died at the age of 30 in a plane crash. Even though her life was cut short, she is still remembered as one of the greatest country music artists ever.

Her hit songs like “Walkin’ After Midnight” and “She’s Got You” are still loved and often covered by many artists today.

When it was Wynonna’s moment to take the stage, she poured her heart into a stunning rendition of Cline’s classic hit “Crazy.”

Fans adored the beautiful tribute from Judd, saying it was a great way to honor the legacy that Cline left behind.

“What a fantastic tribute from the most powerful female voices in country music to an absolute legend! Love you Wynonna! God Bless,” one viewer wrote.

“I have goosebumps. Beautifully done. Your Mom is smiling down on you along with Patsy,” another commented.

“Perfection! Patsy Cline is proud,” said another.

About Patsy Cline’s “Crazy”

“Crazy” was written by Willie Nelson early in his career and recorded by Patsy Cline in 1961. After it was released, Cline’s version reached number two on Billboard’s Hot Country Singles chart and became a top 10 hit on the pop chart as well.

The song was eventually inducted into the National Recording Registry by the Library of Congress in 2003.
