Reba McEntire loves a reunion!

McEntire’s beloved sitcom, Reba, ran from 2001-2007. She played Reba Hart, a woman who left her husband, Brock (played by Christopher Rich), because he cheated on her with his dental hygienist, played by Melissa Peterman.

Not only are Brock and Reba going through a divorce, but they discover Barbra Jean pregnant at the same time as Reba and Brock’s teenage daughter, Cheyenne (played by Joann Garcia Swisher). Reba tried to figure out a way to coexist and co-parent with Brock and Barbra Jean for the sake of her three children, Cheyenne, Kyra (played by Scarlett Pomers), and Jake (played by Mitch Holleman).

Cheyenne marries her high school sweetheart, Van (played by Steve Howey), and they have a daughter named Elizabeth, all while living under Reba’s roof.

Brock and Barbra Jean live close by with their son, Henry, and always show up to Reba’s house unannounced. Jon Paul DeFabry played Henry in four episodes from 2005-2006. In previous seasons, the Henry role was shared by a set of twin babies named Alexander and Jackson McClellan.

Below is a clip of when Jon Paul DeFabry took over the role.

The Reba cast loves to reunite.

In the 17 years since Reba wrapped, the cast has stayed extremely close. They often support each other on social media, and in person! When McEntire performed at the Hollywood Bowl in 2023, Howey, Garcia Swisher, and Peterman were all in attendance.

A few months later, the foursome got together again, but this time with Christopher Rich, in honor of his 70th birthday.

Peterman and McEntire have stayed the closest over the years. They appeared in the sitcom Young Sheldon together and even co-hosted a podcast for a short time!

Now, Peterman and McEntire star on the NBC sitcom Happy’s Place, which just got a full season order and five more episodes!  It was announced recently that Howey will appear on the Christmas episode, making for another Reba reunion on screen!

The latest reunion includes a cast member that hasn’t been in the public eye since his stint on Reba, Jon Paul DeFabry!

Melissa Peterman shared two photos of their reunion on Sunday (Nov 24) alongside the caption, “Brock, Reba, Henry and Barbra Jean walk into Vitellos….mini Reba Show/Happy’s Place crossover reunion night of food and laughter. My heart is full. 23 years of knowing, loving and getting to work with these people! More pics to come.”
