Actor Patrick Duffy Sells His Gorgeous Oregon Estate In Auction
Dallas star Patrick Duffy just sold his stunning Oregon estate. Although the property sold for a hefty cost, Duffy only received half of the original asking price.
Duffy and his late wife, ballet dancer Carlyn Rosser, owned the property for three decades. Rosser passed away in 2017 after battling cancer.
In 2020, Duffy started a new relationship with Happy Days star Linda Purl, and they’re still going strong.

Duffy listed his Medford, Oregon estate for sale in early 2023. He originally asked for $14 million before dropping the price to $11 million.
The property still hadn’t sold by the end of the year. So Duffy put it up for auction in December.
What Was The Final Sale Price On Patrick Duffy’s Oregon Property?
Property websites indicate that Duffy’s Oregon property sold for $5.75 million at auction. The deal closed on Friday (January 5).
Realtor.com indicates the buyer is required to pay a 12% premium on the property. As a result, the total price goes up to $6.44 million.
The property contains two guest cabins in addition to two separate homes. The lodge-style main home boasts four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and is 4,690 square feet.
Wood walls, a stone fireplace, and traditional grid windows accent the space. Its kitchen includes a wood-topped island, a blue-tiled backsplash, an old-fashioned oven, and a bar area.
The home also has a sunroom with a full wall of windows.
