Clay Walker & Wife Jessica Are Expecting Their 6th Child

Clay Walker and his wife, Jessica, had some happy news to share on Tuesday (April 11).
The “She Won’t Be Lonely Long” singer shared a press release to announce that he and Jessica are expecting their sixth child together! The couple already shares four sons Christiaan, 2, Ezra Stephen, 5, Elijah Craig, 10, and William Clayton, 14, and a daughter, Mary-Elizabeth, 13.
Clay also has two adult daughters, Sklor and MaClay, from his previous marriage.
Now, Clay and Jessica are preparing to welcome another little one into their lives this fall! They also shared whether they’re expecting a boy or a girl.

“We are beyond excited about having a little girl!” Clay shared in the press release. “Her brothers and sisters are awaiting her arrival. God is great!”
One person who is surely excited about the Baby Girl’s upcoming arrival is Mary-Elizabeth. Before Christiaan was born she expressed some slight disappointment over the fact she was having another brother.
“The shock of it being another boy, for Mary, it lasted a couple of hours,” Clay told PEOPLE in 2021. “There were some tears shed, I won’t lie. It was because of expectation, but that was overcome with the thought that we’re not in control of that. We don’t decide if it’s a boy or girl, and she was able to understand that after a while.“

This exciting news comes in the middle of an already exciting time for Clay. He kicked off his Country Side tour in February, and will continue on the trek into July.
Clay is also celebrating the 30th anniversary of his career this year. He’s earned a total of 11 number one songs and has four Platinum-certified albums.
