Additional Show Dates Announced For Jimmy Buffett Tribute Concert

Several new tribute shows have been announced to celebrate the enduring legacy of Jimmy Buffett and his timeless music.

Just two months ago, on April 11, a star-studded tribute concert was held to honor Jimmy Buffett.

The concert lineup featured many of his closest friends, including Paul McCartney, Kenny Chesney, Zac Brown, Buffett’s own Coral Reefer Band, led by Mac McAnally, and many more, celebrating his iconic hits for a truly unforgettable evening.

The concert, Keep the Party Going: A Tribute to Jimmy Buffett, took place at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.

During the event, many of Buffett’s legendary songs were played, including “Margaritaville” and “It’s 5 O’Clock Somewhere.”

Mac McAnally and Kenny Chesney teamed up for a performance of “Changes in Latitudes, Changes in Attitudes.” Later, Chesney took to his social media accounts, sharing that he was “so proud” to be a part of it.

Buffett’s team shared a message on his official social media pages thanking everyone who participated in the concert.

“We’d like to thank everyone involved in helping make this one-night-only event a success. A tremendous effort that represents all the love and respect for our beloved Jimmy.”

Even though they stated that it was a “one-night-only” event, it looks like that isn’t the case!

On Monday, June 10, Buffett’s team revealed three additional shows to honor the late icon, saying it was “hard to overstate how pleased we are to announce these 3 summer dates!”
