Willie Nelson Joined By Mega-Stars In New Commercial

If you are a college basketball fan, I’m sure you have been glued to your television all month, because it truly has been March Madness this year for the NCAA tournament! All Number One seeds have been knocked out, and every single team left have completed incredible upsets.
In between games and during time outs, there have been some commercials that are at Super Bowl commercial-level good! One of our favorites is Capital One’s five 30-second spots this year. But of their five new commercials, one has our attention because it starts none other than Willie Nelson!

In this particular commercial, Jennifer Garner, Charles Barkley is driving a semi-truck with Jennifer Garner and Samuel L. Jackson as his passengers. As they discuss credit card points they can get for using their Capital One card to pay for gas, Barkley mentions loving that they’re back on the road again. Garner sings a little bit of the Willie Nelson classic, and then through the walkie talkie, Nelson sings his song back to them.
“Is that Willie?” Jackson exclaims.
The commercial cuts to Nelson on his tour bus singing his iconic song “On The Road Again.” Spike Lee and legendary sportscaster Jim Nantz pull up next to the semi and sing along as well.
If this isn’t a star-studded commercial, we don’t know what is! Now here’s our question for Willie Nelson…who is he rooting for? University of Connecticut, San Diego State University, Florida Atlantic University, or University of Miami?
