Martina McBride Plays Family Feud For The Team Music Is Love Fund
Country music superstar Martina McBride appeared in a new episode of Family Feud that aired on Thursday (July 24). Martina was joined by her husband, John, and their three beautiful daughters, Delaney, Emma, and Ava.
The McBride family competed against the Arquette family, led by actor and film producer David Arquette.
A few days before their episode aired, Martina shared why being on Family Feud was “a dream” for her family:
“Being on Family Feud with my family has been a dream of ours for so long. We’ve watched the show together for as long as I can remember, and that dream has finally come true.”

Martina and her family played for a cause close to their hearts. They hoped to raise money for the Team Music Is Love fund through the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee.
Team Music Is Love is Martina’s global charity initiative. According to its mission statement, the fund is “dedicated to making the world better through the power of music. We bring people and music together to do good.”
Over the years, Team Music Is Love has helped fund a breast cancer research grant at Vanderbilt Ingram Cancer Center. The organization also funded a therapeutic music program for orphaned girls at a shelter in Guatemala.
Additionally, Team Music Is Love has helped provide over 300,000 meals to those in need. The organization also delivered mobile food pantries to those affected by hurricanes in 2017 and 2018. When Martina travels on tour, she and Team Music Is Love often donate food and hold distribution events in the cities she visits.
Understandably, Martina and her family were motivated to win Family Feud to help Team Music Is Love accomplish even more incredible things.
Martina And Her Daughter Delaney Dominated The “Fast Money” Round
Martina McBride’s family won the main game on Family Feud, so they participated in the “Fast Money” round at the end. The “Blessed” singer and her oldest daughter, Delaney, were the two contestants who answered the questions.
During “Fast Money,” each participant must answer the same five questions. The first contestant gets 20 seconds, and the second contestant gets 25. The second person gets more time since they can’t repeat any of their relative’s answers, and they may have to change their response.
Just like during the regular game, the competitors aim to provide the most popular answer from the survey. Their goal is to reach 200 points between them. There can be some added pressure because of the time crunch, and people sometimes blurt out nonsensical or unexpected answers.
But Delaney and Martina proved to be “Fast Money” pros! The questions were:
- We asked 100 men, you’re a little bit afraid of your who?
- At what age do you realize you’re as tall as you’ll ever be?
- Name a sport where you’re likely to get hit in the head.
- What’s the most used color in a crayon box?
- Fill in the blank. Leap _____.
The McBrides dominated the round, with four of the five #1 answers on the board. They easily earned 200 points (and then some), resulting in a victory! Their grand prize was $25,000 for the Team Music Is Love fund.
