On Daughter Audrey’s 18th Birthday, Tim McGraw Shares Home Videos & Photos

On December 6, 2001, Tim McGraw and Faith Hill welcomed their youngest daughter, Audrey Caroline McGraw. She joined big sisters Gracie Katherine and Maggie Elizabeth.
Every year on each of the girls’ birthdays, both parents post sweet tributes to their daughters and post adorable family photos that the public has never really seen. This year, Audrey – their youngest – turned 18, which made both Tim and Faith very sentimental.
They both shared videos of their little girl singing and dancing when she was just a little kid.
Faith’s tribute read, “I couldn’t resist posting this today in honor of Audrey’s 18th Birthday. My little sparrow with her head full of dreams. Oh, the places you will go my sweet. Happy Birthday I love you, Mom.”
And the video she shared was of Audrey singing and dancing to the Beyonce song “Single Ladies.”
Tim shared a similar video of Audrey, in the same exact spot in their house, singing a holiday song about the 8 candles for Hannukah and Christmas lights. He also shared a montage of photos set to the tune of his song “My Little Girl.”
He also got a little emotional recalling her birth 18 years ago. Audrey arrived into this world almost 8 weeks early, which can be very scary as a parent. He says she had to stay in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for 2 1/2 weeks.
“Faith and I did a lot of praying and stayed all day for 2 1/2 weeks in the NICU at Baptist Hospital with such incredible nurses,” he wrote.
18 years later, he says she is “beautiful, vibrant and the most remarkable young woman who lights up the life of everyone she knows. She is a young woman who knows her true north. She loves her family fiercely. An honest and dedicated friend. Her mother and I couldn’t be more proud of her and her sisters.”
He ended his sweet tribute with, “Today is a joyful day indeed. We love you so, our sweet baby girl. Happy 18th birthday. The world is yours my love!”
