Graceland Debuts New Iconic Exhibit

Elvis would have celebrated his 91st birthday this year on January 8. In honor of his special day, Graceland has debuted a new exhibit featuring a rare look into his life.

Timed with the release of Epic: Elvis Presley in Concert, the exhibit draws on years of archival work. Directed by Baz Luhrmann, the film is set to release in February 2026.

Angie Marchese, Graceland’s vice president of archives and exhibitions, said the project features more than 59 hours of previously unreleased footage from Elvis’ concert tours, including rare performances filmed in Las Vegas.

“It’s literally mesmerizing,” Marchese said. “The only voice you hear in the movie is Elvis telling his story in his own words.”

Marchese explained the extensive restoration work inspired the new exhibit at Graceland, offering fans an opportunity to experience the film in person.

The exhibit includes his stage costumes, jewelry, and special memorabilia, highlighted by a gold belt presented to Elvis by the International Hotel in recognition of record-breaking attendance during his Las Vegas performances.
