Less than a month after he was hospitalized once before, the brother of country music legend Loretta Lynn has again been hospitalized for a serious illness…

Loretta, who herself has battled several serious medical issues in the recent year, has just begun her return to making more music and recently unveiled a sneak peek at a new music video through a post on social media.

“At the ranch yesterday filming for a music video for my new album called Wouldn’t It Be Great,” she wrote alongside a photo of the back of a movie camera.

Now, it seems that the Lynn family has another member’s health that they’re concerned about: her brother, Herman Webb.

Webb, who still lives in Butcher Holler, had been in and out of the hospital battling pneumonia recently. His daughter, Connie D. Webb, opened up on Facebook about her dad’s health and asked all of her friends to pray for him.

My Dad is back in the hospital again. I ask all my prayin’ friends to remember him in your prayers,” Connie wrote. “He had been in the hospital last month with pneumonia and got released on July 1st.”

Alongside the update, she also shared a wonderful and recent photo of her dad.

“I think they released him too soon it came back worst [sic]. I pray they keep him long enough this time.”

Sadly, just less than a year ago Loretta, Crystal Gayle, and Herman’s other brother, Donald Ray Webb, passed away at the age of 76 on October 13th, 2017. All of the siblings have been blessed with musical talents and Donald was an accomplished songwriter.

Read Connie’s heartfelt post alongside the photo of her dad below and please keep him in your prayers.
