Kelly Clarkson and Wynonna Judd teamed up for a rockin’ performance of “Santa Claus Is Comin’ To Town” for the special Christmas at the Opry.

Fresh off hosting the Rockefeller Christmas Tree Lighting, Kelly Clarkson took her talents to Nashville where she performed not once, but twice at the first-ever TV special entitled Christmas at the Opry. The special was announced in September and was hosted by Wynonna Judd.

Other performers included Chris Janson, Lauren Alaina, Trace Adkins, Mitchell Tenpenny, Chrissy Metz, Mickey Guyton, and the iconic Brenda Lee.

“Santa Claus Is Coming To Town” was first played in 1934 and has since taken on many iterations from Bing Crosby, Frank Sinatra, Bruce Springsteen, and more. Its infectious charm and festive message have made it a staple of Christmas celebrations, radiating warmth and spreading the joyous anticipation of Santa’s arrival each year.

Two more names we can add to the list are Kelly Clarkson and Wynonna Judd. They brought the entire Opry House crowd to their feet during their rockin’ rendition of the Christmas classic, and they kicked off the festive evening perfectly!
