Kelly Clarkson Performs “O Holy Night” For “Kellyoke” On The Kelly Clarkson Show
30 Rockefeller Plaza is now home to The Kelly Clarkson Show. Kelly Clarkson moved her namesake talk show to New York City after filming the first four seasons in Los Angeles.
Season 5 premiered on October 16, 2023, just two months before Christmas.
Being situated in the heart of Rockefeller Plaza made Clarkson the perfect person to host the annual Christmas in Rockefeller Center TV special. On top of hosting, Clarkson also performed several holiday tunes.

Kelly Is Known For Recording Some Of The Best Christmas Music In Modern Times
Clarkson has released two Christmas albums over the course of her career. The first, Wrapped in Red, dropped in 2013.
Wrapped in Red contained several original songs, such as “Underneath the Tree” and the title track, “Wrapped In Red.” Clarkson also included covers of holiday classics like “Blue Christmas” and “Silent Night.”
She recorded the latter song with Reba McEntire and Trisha Yearwood.
Wrapped in Red was a smash success. It reached #1 on the Top Holiday Albums chart and was certified Platinum by the RIAA.
Then, Clarkson followed up in 2021 with the release of a second holiday album, When Christmas Comes Around…
Much like Wrapped in Red, this second album contained a mix of classic songs and original tunes. It was another #1 on the Top Holiday Albums chart.

Before she released Wrapped in Red and When Christmas Comes Around… Clarkson recorded some songs for the 2003 collaborative album American Idol: The Great Holiday Classics. She covered “Grown-Up Christmas List” by Amy Grant and also recorded “O Holy Night.”
Clarkson performed both songs again on The Kelly Clarkson Show in 2023, starting with “Grown-Up Christmas List.”

She shared her soaring rendition of “O Holy Night” on a later show. Fans enjoyed her rendition, and complimented it in the comments section on YouTube. They wrote:
