Clint Black’s Daughter Releases First Solo Music Video

Not only is Clint Black an award-winning country singer, he is also a doting husband to his wife of 31 years, actress/singer Lisa Hartman Black. Together, they have recorded several duets, including the 1999 ACM Vocal Event of the Year-winning song “When I Said I Do.”
Two year’s after the song’s release, the married couple, and now duet partners, became parents to a daughter, Lily Pearl Black.

Clint and Lisa kept Lily out of the spotlight for most of her life, but as she has grown up, sheClint shared in an interview with Santa Ynez Valley News in 2019 that she is a student at Belmont University and is studying business and music.
One year prior to that interview, Lily made her recording debut alongside her father on a song called “Magical Christmas.” Speaking to CMT, Clint gushed about his daughter’s artistic talents, which go far beyond singing:
“Lily has been bitten by the bug,” Clint said. “She has always loved to perform, but recently she made a conscious decision to apply herself to developing her talents. We’re excited to see where it takes her. She loves to dance and act as well, but for me, her musical talents and the qualities of her voice suggest music will be her strength.”
When Clint and Lisa went out on their Mostly Hits and The Mrs. Tour, they brought Lily as their opening act.

While on tour, Lily sang some of her favorite songs, including Carrie Underwood’s “Cry Pretty.” She recently dropped three of the songs she sang on tour on her very first EP, titled Songs from the Mostly Hits and the Mrs. Tour.
