Four contestants were revealed as “safe” throughout the night. Those four contestants were Team Reba‘s Ruby Leigh, Team Niall’s Huntley and Mara Justine, and Team Legend’s Lila Forde.

Five contestants’ fates were left up in the air after that: Mac Royals (Team Legend), Jacquie Roar (Team Reba), Jordan Rainer (Team Reba), BIAS (Team Gwen), and Nini Iris (Team Niall). Those five contestants all competed for the Instant Save in the hopes of securing the last remaining spot in the finale.

BIAS Opts To Cover Vince Gill’s Emotional Song, “Go Rest High on That Mountain”

When it came time for BIAS to perform for the Instant Save, he shared a cover of Vince Gill‘s emotional song, “Go Rest High on That Mountain.”

BIAS auditioned for The Voice with a cover of Blake Shelton‘s “God’s Country.” He picked Team Gwen after that, and went on to win his battle and knockout rounds.

Throughout the competition, we’ve seen BIAS perform songs from other country artists such as Johnny Cash, Jelly Roll, and Rascal Flatts. His performances were praised by country fans who loved his unique voice.

BIAS was hoping to win over fans again with his powerful Instant Save cover of “Go Rest High.” He clearly poured his heart into the performance, but was it enough?

Did BIAS Win The Voice Instant Save?

Unfortunately, BIAS did not win The Voice Instant Save. Team Reba’s Jacquie Roar won following her cover of Heart’s “Alone.”

BIAS was the last remaining contestant on Team Gwen. That means Gwen Stefani is the only coach without a contestant in the Season 24 finale.

Although BIAS’ time on The Voice has come to an end, we know he has big things ahead of him! We wish him the best in his future endeavors!
