Sam Elliott Takes On “Old Town Road” For Super Bowl Commercial

The actor with his famous deep-voiced sound and well-known mustache is taking a starring role during the famous selection of Super Bowl commercials this year – and it’s got a country-flavored twist!
Doritos, the company behind the ad, has been known for their Super Bowl commercials in the past and it looks like this year will be no different!

In this teaser for the full commercial, screen legend Sam Elliott saunters into an old western saloon dressed up as a cowboy and saddles up to the bar for a drink.
In his signature speaking voice, Elliott then begins to recite the lyrics to the chart-topping song “Old Town Road.” He continues reciting the words in a monologue style until he notices the ground shaking like someone important is approaching.
Then, without saying a word, he turns and exits the saloon.
It’s unknown what will come next in this commercial, but we are certain that it’ll be a good time!
