Reba McEntire & Boyfriend Rent Theater For First Movie Date

Reba McEntire and her boyfriend, Rex Linn, went to the movies for the first time since social isolation began.

Reba took to Facebook to share their date night, which was a party of two! The country icon revealed that AMC allows private parties to rent out theaters for private screenings, and Reba took advantage of the offer!

The couple attended the movie News of the World, which stars Tom Hanks. Reba tagged that she loved the movie and also shared a series of pictures from the date. In the photos from the movie screening, Reba carries a jumbo size of popcorn. She is also seen sitting alone inside a massive theater space.

“AMC offers private screenings…. we took them up on it. First movie date!” Reba wrote on her Facebook, alongside multiple tags describing the adventure.

AMC allows customers to rent out a private experience with prices starting at $99+tax for a fan-favorite movie or $149+tax to watch a new release. The rentals can also host up to twenty people.
