Hilton & Hyland

Priscilla Presley became a household name when she married The King of Rock and Roll on May 1, 1967. They became parents to Lisa Marie on February 1, 1968 and even after their 1973 divorce, the two remained incredibly close until Elvis‘ untimely death in 1977.

Three years after she divorced Elvis, Priscilla purchased a house for $170,000 in the Brentwood area of Los Angeles. Now, 43 years later, she is putting that very home on the market.

According to The Los Angeles Times, Priscilla’s mother, Ann Lillian Wagner-Beaulieu, has lived there for the past few decades.

The 2,500-square-foot house sits on a 16,329-square-foot corner lot and features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, french doors, a concrete patio that surrounds a pool, a two-car garage, and enough parking for five cars.

The ranch-style home is a bit dated, and is being sold as-is, so real-estate sites Zillow and Realtor say it is “an incredible opportunity for a new build or major fixer.”

Jonah Wilson of Hilton & Hyland is the listing agent. Hilton & Hyland have previously sold Frank Sinatra’s beach house, as well as many other luxury homes in the Los Angeles area.

Priscilla’s Brentwood house is listed at $3.6 million and has been on the market for just two days, according to the Zillow listing. The house is located in one of the most prime locations in Brentwood. It is very close to the historic Getty Museum and is around six miles – or 15 minutes – from the beach.
