Martina McBride Shares Photos Of Daughter In Honor Of Her Birthday

Martina McBride took to social media to wish her middle daughter Emma a happy 23rd birthday and shared some sweet photos of her over the years.

Emma is Martina’s middle daughter and the two of them have shared countless memories over the years.

“Happy Birthday to this girl! My heart,” McBride wrote. “While I wish you were little again sometimes and I could scoop you up in my arms or read you a book, or watch you walk around in dress up clothes and your “tappy shoes”, I’m proud of the life you are building and the woman you are becoming.”

She finished by letting her daughter know she has a good feeling about her 23rd year being her best yet, “I hope this 23rd year is your best yet. I have a good feeling about it. I love you Emma.”

Martina met her husband, John McBride, who was a sound engineer, in 1987. The two were engaged shortly after meeting and married in 1988. Together they moved to Nashville in 1990 to pursue country music careers.

Four years later, they welcomed their first daughter, Delaney Katharine, who was born on December 22, 1994. Their middle daughter, Emma Justine, was born March 29, 1998, and their youngest daughter, Ava Rose Kathleen, was born June 20, 2005.
