Dolly’s Appearance At The Vols Game Will Come Just One Day After The Release Of Her New Album, Rockstar

Parton didn’t say if she’ll be performing during the game at Neyland Stadium, or if she’ll simply be in attendance as a fan. Either way, she’ll be riding high off the release of her brand-new album, Rockstar, which drops just one day before the big matchup.

Rockstar is Parton’s first-ever rock and roll album. She wanted to record the project following her induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2022.

Rockstar features a mix of originals and covers. It also includes a ton of famous collaborators, including Stevie Nicks, Miley Cyrus, Sting, Chris Stapleton, and many more.

On November 15, fans will get the chance to listen to the album for the first time in theaters. This first-listen fan event will give people the chance to hear new songs and watch never-before-seen footage.

According to WKRN, three theaters in the Knoxville area will be showing the film.

In the meantime, head below to listen to one of Parton’s previously released tracks from Rockstar. Looks like she has a busy week ahead of her!
