Brooks & Dunn announce their latest project, Reboot II
Iconic country artists Brooks & Dunn have been making music for more than three decades. With eleven studio albums and twenty number-one hits, they will go down in history as one of the greatest country music duos of all time. Country Music Hall of Fame members Kix Brooks (69) and Ronnie Dunn (71) show no signs of slowing down any time soon.
Today (September 16), the pair have announced their next endeavor, a compilation album titled Reboot II. The project comes as a follow-up to their 2019 album Reboot, which included remade hits such as “Brand New Man” and “Neon Moon.” This first installment of Reboot reached the number-one spot on the US Top Country Albums chart that year.

Brooks & Dunn have enlisted the help of more than a dozen artists to recreate some of their most-loved songs
Reboot II is a collection of 18 classic Brooks & Dunn songs reimagined with the help of 18 additional country artists, including Morgan Wallen, Hardy, Jelly Roll, Megan Moroney, and more! The album will be released on November 15th.
The announcement included a teaser of Brooks & Dunn’s 2005 hit “Play Something Country,” featuring the powerful vocals of Entertainer of the Year Lainey Wilson. Along with it, they wrote:
“Only once in a bright blue moon do things this wildly unexpected happen. 18 Brooks & Dunn songs + 18 artists come together to reinvent time-tested classics. You are not going to believe where this genre-bending journey is about to take you.”
