Alan Jackson Shares Throwback Photos In Birthday Post For Wife Denise

Alan Jackson married his high school sweetheart, Denise, on December 15, 1979. They have now been married for 42 years, and share three daughters: Mattie, Ali, and Dani.

Several of Alan’s songs have been inspired by his relationship with Denise, including “I’d Love You All Over Again” and “Remember When.” Denise even appeared in the music video for the latter song.

Wednesday (April 6) was Denise’s birthday. Alan shared a birthday message for his wife on social media, writing, “Happy Birthday, Denise!” along with a red heart emoji.

He also posted a few photos of him and Denise through the years. Some of the pictures were real throwbacks!

The couple’s eldest daughter, Mattie, also honored Denise with a post on social media.

Mattie posted a bunch of photos of her with her mom. The first picture she included in her slideshow shows her entire family…she and her sisters are so beautiful!

The eldest Jackson daughter shared how much she admires her mother’s devotion to her faith:

“I cannot imagine a better example of what it means to be a woman of God, a loyal friend, and the rock of a family,” Mattie said. “You deserve all the celebration, toasts, and prayers today. Happy Birthday, Mom!“
