Willie Nelson’s Last Leaf on the TreeMarks His 153rd Album Released
It is an exciting day if you are a Willie Nelson fan!
The classic singer has collaborated with his son on a new studio album. His son’s name is Micah, but he goes by the stage name Particle Kid. The father-son duo released their album today, November 1st.
The album features an updated version of his classic song “The Ghost,” released over 60 years ago.

The album promised to be a “collection of songs by rock legends, idiosyncratic singer-songwriters, alt-rock heroes, and indie folk artists.”
Willie delivered on his promise with covers of your favorite tracks initially made famous by Neil Young, Beck, The Flaming Lips, Tom Waits, Keith Richards, and more.
Willie Nelson’s Collaboration With His Son
Willie’s son, Micah, produced Last Leaf on the Tree. His son has been around the music world his whole life, but he has just finished touring with Neil Young and Crazy Horse as a guitarist. Like his father, Micah is multitalented, able to sing, write, perform, and produce.
The vision for this album was to incorporate the themes of “loss, love, and world-weary hope,” and fans can’t get enough!
