Tanya Tucker is ready to get back on the road two months after undergoing surgery. In a post made to social media, Tucker shared that she has finally healed enough to travel.

“Hi Everyone, I’m looking forward to getting back out on the road this weekend!!! My hip is a lot better. The physical therapy and all of your well wishes has helped!” Tanya captioned a video filmed from her Texas ranch. “See you on the road this weekend and at my other stops on my Bring My Flowers Now Tour 2021!”

The “Delta Dawn” singer underwent emergency hip surgery in mid-July after a doctor found that her hip was fractured.

Hey Loves,” she wrote. “My hip has been giving me h— for awhile now and the docs discovered a hip fracture. I had to have surgery right away.”

Surgery went well and Tucker initially thought that recovery would only take a few weeks and canceled her scheduled July shows. But, she was later forced to cancel all of her August shows as well.

“I’m sorry to say but I haven’t been given the green light to travel and perform just yet. My Dr. wants me to continue with more PT in order to fully recover,” Tucker wrote. “I look forward to seeing y’all in September!”
