Shania Twain Once Wet Herself During A Show, And Covered It Up Like A Pro

Most country music fans will never understand the sheer magnitude of man power and planning needed to pull of an epic country music concert. And most mishaps go unnoticed, especially when they involved seasoned pros like Shania Twain.

In a 2018 interview on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, Shania Twain got real about her onstage mishaps and how she learned to cover them up.

The “Any Man of Mine” singer, who was 53 at the time, confessed to Andy Cohen that she had peed her pants in front of an audience multiple times.

“I was very clever in this one moment,” she said of one incident. “I stood up from my chair to get up and sing. I peed myself, and the puddle, I just knocked my glass of water over.”

During that particular incident, Shania was wearing a skirt so the mishap didn’t affect her outfit. “I stood up. It all came out. I was dry.”

While signing autographs for fans after the Andy Cohen interview, Shania cleared up some misconceptions when asked about it. After clarifying that she only peed herself one time, she told the fan, “I was really nervous and I was 16….It wasn’t multiple times. Please correct that.”

During the same interview with Andy Cohen, Twain made another bathroom-related confession. She told the audience that she once got locked out of her hotel room, wearing only her birthday suit, while looking for the bathroom.

“I was in Rome with my husband,” she told the host, adding that they were staying in a tiny hotel room. “I get out of bed — I went to bed naked that night — and I have to go for a pee. So I open up the wrong door and I ended up in the hallway.”

Twain recalled knocking on the door so her husband would let her back in. “He’s like, ‘What are you doing out there?’ I said,’I was sure the bathroom was here.'”
