Ron Howard Officiates Daughter’s Wedding: “A Magical Moment”

Ron Howard is a director, producer, screenwriter, and actor. But his most important title is one only 4 people can call him: Dad.
Howard and his wife of 47 years, Cheryl, are proud parents to four kids: Bryce Dallas (born March 2, 1981), twins Jocelyn Carlyle and Paige Carlyle (born February 5, 1985), and son Reed Cross (born April 13, 1987).

One of Ron’s twin daughters, Paige, was married last weekend and of course, the whole family was in attendance. The ceremony took place in New York’s Central Park and was officiated by someone very special to the bride, her father Ron!
Ron took to Instagram to celebrate the very special occasion by writing, “Our Paigey looked like the flower goddess she truly is in one of the most beautiful gowns I have ever seen. Thank you for aligning your magic so perfectly with hers.”

Ron commented on Paige’s post, saying, “It was the definition of pure joy and satisfaction as a dad to be a part of your ceremony, Paige. You and Tim are off to such a wonderful beginning. The setting, the people and the spirit aligned for a magical moment. Your mom and I are thrilled and grateful.”
Paige’s older sister, actress Bryce Dallas Howard, shared several photos from the amazing day and revealed that “it took a whole pandemic to reach this special moment.” Bryce’s post also had a video of part of the officiating Ron did, and he even put on a cowboy hat!
