Reba McEntire Mourns Death Of Close Friend

Reba McEntire is mourning the loss of her close friend Ricky Don.
In an image posted to Instagram on Thursday, July 2, Reba shared her heartfelt condolences with her fans saying:
“Never a sweeter soul. He’s running sound for the Angel Choir this morning. Love you forever Ricky Don.”

It appears that Ricky has been a part of Reba’s sound team for quite some time and was well respected and loved. There are few details of his passing at this time.
It has been a rough year for Reba, also losing her mother in March.
On March 14, 2020, Jacqueline McEntire, Reba’s beloved mama, passed away at the age of 93. The country legend took to social media to announce the sad news to her fans.
“Our Mother, Jacqueline McEntire, made that wonderful cross over into Heaven today. She had a wonderful, full, healthy life and was absolutely ready to go. The cancer might think it won the battle but we’re giving God all the credit on selecting the time for her to go home to Him. She was ready to see our Daddy, her mama and daddy and all her family and friends,” she wrote.
