Quarantined Willie Nelson Performs With Sons For Virtual Concert

Lukas Nelson’s “Quarantune” included his brother Micah and his country music icon father, Willie Nelson!

Lukas shared the video to his Instagram on March 23, 2020, featuring the family trio performing one of Lukas’ band’s original songs “Turn Off the News (Build a Garden).” The performance was originally a part of the Luck Reunion-Til Further Notice virtual concert that was originally broadcasted on March 19, 2020.

Since the beginning of the pandemic and our nation quarantine, Lukas took on the responsibility of keeping us entertained by performing different songs on his Instagram calling them “Quarantunes.”

In one of his first “Quarantunes” videos, Lukas provided an uplifting and inspirational performance of “Hallelujah.”

Just a few days later, Lukas surprised us all by performing a song in Italian to pay tribute to his Italian heritage and in support of all Italians facing the trials amid the coronavirus.
