Loretta Lynn’s Ranch Reveals What’s In Store For The Future

A few days after country legend Loretta Lynn passed away, she was laid to rest during a private ceremony at her Hurricane Mills, Tennessee ranch.
The Lynn family has plans to host a public memorial for Loretta at a later date.
“A public memorial is being planned,” said family spokesperson Ebie McFarland. “The family did have a private ceremony Friday with no other details available to share at this time.”

One of Loretta’s youngest daughters, Patsy Russell, shared a sweet note about the emotional day.
She wrote, “Today we said goodbye for now. It was both heartbreaking and beautiful. I am so thankful for all the moments with her. I feel so blessed to know with not one shadow of doubt she is with the Lord and is so excited to be there.”

For many, many years, Loretta Lynn’s Ranch has been a museum, campground, and events center and has held countless concerts and other events.

Since her passing, many fans have reached out to the ranch to find out what the future will hold…and the ranch has finally responded.
Here’s what they said:
“Dear Friends, we laid Ms [Loretta Lynn] to rest this weekend in the private family cemetary. [sic]
Many of you have asked what this means for the Ranch and museum and we want to assure everyone that the Ranch and Museum and our events will continue on just as Loretta wanted.
We are proud to continue to serve as a part of her legacy for all of the lives she’s touched through the years.”
We are so excited to hear that the ranch will continue Lynn’s legacy! So far, the only big event coming up is the 2023 Tennessee Motorcycles and Music Event, which will take place May 18-21, 2023. You can still camp and do other things in the meantime! Check out the official website here.
